  1. Demolition: We begin by carefully removing all existing tile and concrete from the pool deck and coping.

  2. Installation: We install new tile and coping, ensuring all levels and drainage slopes are perfect. Once the new coping is in place, we fill the deck area with paver base, compacting and stabilizing it to prepare for the new surface.

  3. Final Touches: After installing the new pavers or travertine, we make all the necessary cuts for a precise, clean finish. We fill the joints with fine sand and clean the area, leaving your pool deck ready for immediate use.

Paver Installation Process:

  1. Site Preparation: We start by excavating the area, whether it's grass or an old concrete slab. Our team uses a dump truck or mini skid steer to efficiently haul away all debris.

  2. Base & Compaction: We stabilize the subgrade with a compact plate, then deliver and spread the paver base. After leveling, we compact and level again, ensuring perfect drainage.

  3. Installation & Finishing: We expertly lay the pavers, handle all necessary cuts, and fill the joints with fine sand. Finally, we clean the entire area, leaving you with a clean, stunning space.

 

Artificial Turf Installation:

For a perfect, green lawn year-round, we perform the same meticulous process. We excavate, level, and prepare the base. We then install the turf, securing it with landscape staples and applying a layer of sand for a natural feel. We make all the necessary cuts and leave the area clean and ready to enjoy.

Drain Field Solutions: New Installations, Repairs & Relocation

Dealing with a failing drain field can be a major headache. At DMD Construction Service, we provide comprehensive drain field solutions to get your system working perfectly again. Our process is meticulous and efficient.

We begin with the necessary excavation, followed by the strategic placement of a geotextile fiber to line the trench. We then lay down a base of 57 stone and install five-foot drainage chambers, which are carefully "packaged" within the fiber to prevent soil from entering the system.
